App: Nomad by Forma (“the App”)
By downloading, accessing, or using Forma Nomad, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Our Services
Forma Nomad is a mobile platform that connects users to third-party providers of travel-related products and services, including:
eSIMs (mobile data plans)
Travel insurance
eVisas (electronic visas)
Forma provides the technology to facilitate access to these services. We do not directly provide eSIM, insurance, or visa services. Your agreement for those services is with the respective provider.
3. User Obligations
When using the App, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Use the App only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or its operation.
4. Purchases and Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers or payment processors.
Prices, availability, and offers may change without notice.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges.
5. Third-Party Services
Your use of third-party services (eSIMs, insurance, visas) is governed by the terms and policies of those providers.
Forma is not responsible for the performance, availability, delays, errors, or quality of third-party services.
6. Disclaimers
The App and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided is complete or reliable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Forma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or third-party services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in United Arab Emirates.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you within the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
