Terms of Service – Forma (General & Product-Specific)

Company: Forma Limited. (“Forma,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Forma’s products and services, including mobile apps, web apps, websites, events, and programs (collectively, the “Services”). By using any Forma Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Part I: General Terms (apply to all Services)

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

• By using the Services, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  
  

2. Accounts

• Some Services may require creating an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  
  

3. Payments & Fees

• Certain Services may require fees. Prices, taxes, and charges will be disclosed prior to purchase.

• Payments are processed through third-party providers. Forma is not responsible for delays or errors in payment processing.

  
  

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Forma.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate laws or regulations.

• Infringe the rights of others.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or networks connected to them.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

• Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

• Forma makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma’s liability is limited as described in Section 7 of each product-specific section.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access to any Service if you violate these Terms.

• You may stop using the Services at any time.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.

• Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in United Arab Emirates.

9. Updates to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Part II: Product-Specific Terms

A. Nomad (Mobile App)

Nomad enables users to purchase and manage travel-related services (eSIMs, travel insurance, eVisas) through third-party providers.

• Forma acts as a platform only. We are not the provider of eSIM, insurance, or visa services.

• Your agreement for those services is directly with the third-party provider.

B. Events

Forma organizes pop-ups and events around the world.

• Tickets and participation may be subject to separate event-specific terms or refund policies.

• Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and compliance with local laws.

C. Terminal (Web App)

Terminal provides tools to help companies prepare incorporation documents in various jurisdictions.

• Forma does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

• We act as a facilitator and connect you to licensed partners or authorities.

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information.

D. Fellowship (Web App & Program)

Fellowship is a founder program and online hub for resources, networking, and perks.

• Access may be subject to application, selection, or program-specific rules.

• Shared resources (including investor databases) are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted.
