Nomad collects additional information necessary to provide travel-related services:

• Additional Data Collected: Passport/ID details (for eVisa processing), device identifiers, and location (if required by a third-party service).

• Sharing: We share data with eSIM providers, travel insurance partners, visa processors, and payment providers as needed to complete your purchases.

• Purpose: To process your eSIM, travel insurance, and eVisa requests.

• Forma does not provide these services directly — your contract is with the third-party provider.

B. Events

When you attend Forma events:

• Data Collected: Registration details, ticketing information, and participation preferences.

• Sharing: With ticketing platforms, venues, and event partners.

• Purpose: To manage event access, communications, and safety.

C. Terminal (Web App)

When using Terminal to prepare incorporation documents:

• Data Collected: Company name, founder details, legal documents, and filings.

• Sharing: With legal, compliance, and filing partners to process incorporation requests.

• Purpose: To facilitate submission of documents to relevant jurisdictions.

D. Fellowship (Web App & Program)

For participation in the Fellowship program:

• Sharing: Limited to program facilitators, mentors, or service providers offering perks.
